Walk-In Clinic — Quick Guide
How to Access Care
- Walk-in: no appointment needed (urgent cases seen first) - for registered and unregistered patients.
What We Treat
- Sore throat, ear pain, coughs, colds, sinus/eye infections, UTIs, minor skin issues, sprains, back pain, non-severe headaches, and short prescription renewals.
Not Suitable For
- Emergencies, routine physicals, complex chronic reviews, forms, or controlled-substance prescriptions.
What to Bring
- OHIP card, photo ID, medication list with doses, and allergy information.
Fees
- Most services are OHIP-covered. Uninsured items (e.g., notes or forms) may carry a fee — you will be advised beforehand.
Important Notes
- One problem per visit
- No outside Lab results - results must be in our computer system. Please review your results with the doctor who requested it.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Masks required if you have cough or fever
- Our walk-in doctors will only fill out short forms as applicable. Please visit your family doctor for forms requiring extensive medical history.
